6. ADMIN AUTHENTICATION & ROLE ALLOCATION PAGE
7. REGISTER USERS (STUDENTS, PARENTS, STAFFS /ADMIN)
Admin can enrol/register/create new users (students, parents, staffs). A variety of details are needed for each user.
• Registration numbers of users are auto-generated upon creation of the user. This serves as a security major to avoid duplication & impersonation users.
• Each registration number is unique to only a single user (that is, no two or more persons can ever share the same registration number). This also applies to the users’ emails and usernames which the user can use to login together with their password.
• Registration numbers are designed or encoded to take three different formats for example: 2019/STD/JB0000084, 2019/PRT/JB0000084, and 2019/STFF/JB0000084 for students, parent and staffs respectively. Registration number format is readily customizable to clients’ preferred formats.
• Once a user is created the users artefacts are populated throughout the database of the application system to allow for further ease of manipulating the user data amongst other thousands or millions plus data of other users as the case may be.
• Upon creation of users, if user’s profile pictures is not provided, a male or female avatar image is automatic displayed, with respect to the gender provided notwithstanding. So the admins and other users can easily identify the gender of the users by just looking at the user’s profile picture or the avatar image as the case may be.

8. CREATION OF ACADEMIC SESSION
The creation of school academic session is automated.
• The creation of school academic session is fully automated.
• This feature is implemented to work with the server time and date.
• Therefore, once the school academic session is created (i.e. once the button for school academic session is clicked), the admin will not be able to re-create it again until next session year.
• Creating academic session means to populate the school database with all the setup records of students needed for all the data processing and computation for the academic session. Note: Session creation is also a prerequisite before user (student/parent/staff) creation can be possible. If session is not yet created, and admin tries to create any user, a caution message will pop up informing the admin that session has not been created.
• Session creation should always be the first operation the admin undertakes, before resuming any new academic session within this application system.
